Log your Shopify, Etsy or Stripe sales in a Google Sheet
Every order from Shopify, Etsy, Stripe, WooCommerce, Gumroad, Square or any store that emails you per order, as a row in a Google Sheet you own.
Ask your AI assistant:
“TrackerHacker my Shopify sales”
How it works
- In Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, type TrackerHacker my Shopify sales.
- The first time, your assistant asks you to connect TrackerHacker. Sign in with Google and tap Allow. That's your sign-up too: there's no separate account to make.
- Your assistant makes the sheet in your own Google Drive (the ready-made Sales sheet) and tells you what's left to do.
- Shopify and several other stores send each order straight to the sheet once you paste its link into the store's settings. Any store that emails you per order works by forwarding those emails.
- From then on TrackerHacker fills the sheet by itself, day and night, even when your assistant isn't open. Ask your assistant about it any time.
The sheet's columns
- Date: The day the order was placed.
- Order: The order number as the shop shows it, like #1001.
- Total: What the customer paid for the order, including tax and shipping, in the order's currency.
- Currency: ISO code such as USD; blank means your usual currency.
- Payment: The payment status the shop gives, like paid or pending.
- Shop: Where the order came from, like Shopify or Etsy.
Good to know
- Ask your assistant how this month compares with last, and it answers from the sheet.
- Fixed rules called hacks write each row, not AI guesses, so the same email always makes the same row.
- TrackerHacker keeps none of your mail: each message is read once, and the rows live only in your own sheet.
- Free to start, with every personal feature.
