Track your packages and deliveries in a Google Sheet
Every package on its way, from UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL and Amazon shipping emails, in one Google Sheet: the carrier, the item, its status and when it's expected.
Ask your AI assistant:
“TrackerHacker my packages”
How it works
- In Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, type TrackerHacker my packages.
- The first time, your assistant asks you to connect TrackerHacker. Sign in with Google and tap Allow. That's your sign-up too: there's no separate account to make.
- Your assistant makes the sheet in your own Google Drive (the ready-made Deliveries sheet) and tells you what's left to do.
- The shipping and delivery emails from UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL and Amazon, forwarded to your TrackerHacker address with one Gmail filter.
- From then on TrackerHacker fills the sheet by itself, day and night, even when your assistant isn't open. Ask your assistant about it any time.
The sheet's columns
- Date: The day of the update.
- Carrier: Who's delivering it, like UPS or Amazon.
- Item: What's coming, or who it's from.
- Tracking: The tracking number.
- Status: Where it is, like Shipped, Out for delivery or Delivered.
- Expected: When it's due, if the email says.
Good to know
- Ask your assistant "what's still on its way?" and it answers from the sheet.
- Fixed rules called hacks write each row, not AI guesses, so the same email always makes the same row.
- TrackerHacker keeps none of your mail: each message is read once, and the rows live only in your own sheet.
- Free to start, with every personal feature.
