Send your Apple Health data to a Google Sheet
Your steps, sleep, weight or workouts from Apple Health in a Google Sheet you own, a row a day, sent by the TrackerHacker phone app or an Apple Shortcut.
Ask your AI assistant:
“TrackerHacker my steps”
How it works
- In Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, type TrackerHacker my steps.
- The first time, your assistant asks you to connect TrackerHacker. Sign in with Google and tap Allow. That's your sign-up too: there's no separate account to make.
- Your assistant makes the sheet in your own Google Drive (the ready-made Steps sheet) and tells you what's left to do.
- The TrackerHacker phone app, or an Apple Shortcut that runs each day, sends the value from Apple Health to the sheet. Sleep, weight, exercise, heart rate and each workout work the same way.
- From then on TrackerHacker fills the sheet by itself, day and night, even when your assistant isn't open. Ask your assistant about it any time.
The sheet's columns
- Date: The day the steps were walked, in your timezone.
- Steps: Steps counted that whole day.
Good to know
- Only the values you choose are sent, and only to your own sheet.
- Fixed rules called hacks write each row, not AI guesses, so the same email always makes the same row.
- TrackerHacker keeps none of your mail: each message is read once, and the rows live only in your own sheet.
- Free to start, with every personal feature.
