Track your Amazon orders in a Google Sheet
Every Amazon order becomes a row in a Google Sheet you own: what you bought, what it cost and where it is, from Amazon's order emails.
Ask your AI assistant:
“TrackerHacker my Amazon orders”
How it works
- In Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, type TrackerHacker my Amazon orders.
- The first time, your assistant asks you to connect TrackerHacker. Sign in with Google and tap Allow. That's your sign-up too: there's no separate account to make.
- Your assistant makes the sheet in your own Google Drive (the ready-made Online orders sheet) and tells you what's left to do.
- Amazon emails an order confirmation from auto-confirm@amazon.com for every order. You forward those to your TrackerHacker address with one Gmail filter, and each one becomes a row.
- From then on TrackerHacker fills the sheet by itself, day and night, even when your assistant isn't open. Ask your assistant about it any time.
The sheet's columns
- Date: The day you placed the order.
- Shop: Where you ordered from, like Amazon.
- Order number: The shop's number for the order. A later email about the same order updates its row.
- Items: What you ordered, as the email lists it.
- Total: What the order cost, including tax and shipping, if the email says.
- Currency: ISO code such as USD; blank means your usual currency.
- Status: Where the order is, like Ordered, Shipped, Delivered or Cancelled.
Good to know
- Orders get their own Online orders sheet, one row per order, apart from your bank's transactions.
- A later email about the same order, like shipped or delivered, updates its row instead of adding another.
- Other shops' order emails can go to the same sheet: forward them too.
- Fixed rules called hacks write each row, not AI guesses, so the same email always makes the same row.
- TrackerHacker keeps none of your mail: each message is read once, and the rows live only in your own sheet.
- Free to start, with every personal feature.
